Currently registered with Social Work England and completing my Practice Educator qualification, I've overcome dyslexia challenges to earn a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Social Sciences while continuing my professional development.
Throughout my career, I've supported people of all ages during critical moments when they need protection, care, and wraparound support. I'm passionate about helping individuals and families navigate today's complex challenges, recognizing that social workers support hundreds of thousands of children who lack safe, stable homes.
I have been responsible for client allocation and coordination of essential services, and have led a wide range of initiatives including language training programs, transportation services, and pharmaceutical operations.
My work involved cross-sector partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and culturally sensitive outreach, applying my leadership and organizational skills with a deep understanding of community needs. I collaborated with local authorities, NGOs, and public health services to influence policies and practices that improved long-term outcomes for marginalized populations.
Driven by a strong belief in equity and social justice, I strive to bridge gaps in service access and advocate for underrepresented voices. I am passionate about building stronger, more inclusive communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
Much of the time I work with individuals to ensure we hear their voices and everyone else does, and to see how we can improve our services together
I have passion and commitment to sustainable living and empowering communities. I am currently lead architect in developing local sustainable food system to address food security and poverty.
